Use namespace IDs such as ''guides:my_guide'' or ''troubleshooting:my_topic''. Link a new article from a relevant index so readers can discover it. Built-in search, recent changes, revision history, and comparisons help maintain the site.

===== Draft and review =====
Use ''drafts:your_topic'' for private preparation. Approved editors and maintainers can read drafts; anonymous readers cannot. Draft pages are not a safe place for passwords or private player data. Ask a maintainer to review proposed command or release changes.

===== Media =====
Approved editors can upload JPEG, PNG, WebP, and PDF files under ''images:'' with a 2 MiB limit. Use descriptive names and only material you have permission to publish. Existing file removal and replacement can require maintainer access.
