====== Feedback and rating policy ======

Only administrators can change rating policy. Ordinary ''.good'', ''.bad'', and ''.ok'' feedback is described in [[commands:start|player commands]]; this page covers exceptional abuse handling.

The aliases ''.feedbackignore'' and ''.ratingpurge'' exist, but the full ''.ratingignore'' form makes intent clearer. Usernames must be known to the bot; a numeric osu! ID can be used for an account that has not joined. Check the target carefully before adding or removing a policy. A purge is irreversible and requires the explicit final ''confirm'' token. Record the reason through the team's private moderation process; do not post private evidence or raw player chat on this public wiki.

Admin role changes are also access-policy actions: ''.mods'' lists explicit moderators, ''.mod add/remove <username|id>'' changes that list; ''.admins'' and ''.admin add/remove <username|id>'' manage administrators. Admins already inherit moderator permissions. The bot blocks removal of the authenticated room owner, self-removal from chat, and removal of the final admin.
