===== Announced changes =====

  * Automatically refreshes every six hours to stay visible in lazer's multiplayer discovery.
  * Gives players a three-map warning countdown before a scheduled restart.
  * Admins can use ''.hardrestart'' immediately or ''.hardrestart 3'' after three maps.
  * After a restart, the bot can automatically open the new lobby in osu!lazer on the host PC, letting the referee account rejoin without manual clicking.
  * ''.skip'', ''.harder'' and ''.easier'' show the current vote count and how many more votes are needed.

Restart timing, warnings and the local lazer rejoin option are configurable in room JSON.
