v7.2.7 — Community Discord panels and controls

Published release. Publication and installation are separate: check the room title and Live Lobbies for versions actually running.

• Owner Discord slots 1–4 remain reserved; community hosts receive persistent host-and-alias slots 5 onward.
• Community channel labels include the host and room type. New lobby-N-community channels can extend capacity without stealing an existing assignment.
• Community panels show maps, available artwork, players and settings. Role-checked, expiring controls target the exact enrolled host and current room.
• The Discord token stays central; each community account keeps its own OAuth credentials locally. Relay failures remain separate from gameplay.

Keep the existing installation, local authorization, catalogs, enrollment, ratings, player history and saved configuration. Shared-controller changes use the supported host-wide empty-room update gate. Do not repeatedly start an instance with uncertain ownership or delete its journals.
