Usage
.lang .lang en .lang zh .lang ko .lang es .lang ru .lang off .language es
zh selects Mandarin/Simplified Chinese text, ko Korean, es Spanish and ru Russian. .lang without an argument shows your preference and choices. .language is an alias; language names also work. .lang en and .lang off mean English-only and stop further automatic offers.
What changes
Your saved choice applies only to your own supported replies and follows you across compatible rooms. It covers ordinary focused .help, .time, short welcome guidance and recognized style confirmations. It does not translate other players' messages or switch the whole room. Votes, countdowns, general announcements and staff replies stay English.
English is kept verbatim before a prepared translation in the same chat message. Missing or overlong translations return English alone. Unsupported codes do not change your preference. The ordinary flood limit still applies; English reset remains available when ordinary room commands are disabled.
Automatic offers never switch you. Country is only a possible hint in requested general help; consistent recent chat can produce a quiet opt-in offer. An explicit choice stops further offers. See how offers work.
The website's language dropdown is separate and does not save a bot preference. Check your room title during rolling updates.
