Wait
Adds an optional ten seconds before a map starts, once per player per map. During the numeric countdown it can cancel that countdown before retrying the same map. Different players can stack their allowances.

Limitations and timing
A successful .start or recognized player start-pressure disables further optional waits for that map. Wait cannot delay a match that has already begun.
