Approved editors can create and update guides, troubleshooting, and community articles, upload small supported images, and work in private drafts. Maintainers handle commands, lobby facts, features, release notes, and navigation. Drafts are a workspace, not an automatic moderation queue: ask a maintainer to review before copying a draft to a public page.

• Verify current behavior before describing it as live. Label staged features as upcoming.
• Link related pages and give a working example.
• Include the date and version when describing a behavior that may change.
• Do not publish raw lobby chat, player identity reports, credentials, private file paths, or staff-only diagnostic output.
• Distinguish estimates, heuristics, and configurable policy from guarantees.
