Use namespace IDs such as guides:my_guide or troubleshooting:my_topic. Link a new article from a relevant index so readers can discover it. Built-in search, recent changes, revision history, and comparisons help maintain the site.

Use drafts:your_topic for private preparation. Approved editors and maintainers can read drafts; anonymous readers cannot. Draft pages are not a safe place for passwords or private player data. Ask a maintainer to review proposed command or release changes.

Approved editors can upload JPEG, PNG, WebP, and PDF files under images: with a 2 MiB limit. Use descriptive names and only material you have permission to publish. Existing file removal and replacement can require maintainer access.
