• Adds .open / .reopen for rooms closed with .closewhenempty.
• Reopens only the selected room without restarting other lobbies.
• Reuses shared referee/API/Discord connections.
• Prevents duplicate reopen attempts and refuses reopening when the prior closure was not confirmed.
