• Fixes Discord lobby status after crashes and restarts.
• Startup does not unnecessarily turn a still-green channel red before reopening.
• Already-green channels remain green.
• Cleanly closed rooms go from red to green when reopened.
• Failed startup explicitly marks the room red instead of leaving stale status.
