PoolRotator v6.7.10 — More maps in sparse Standard pools
Standard Ranked rooms can draw on lower-pass maps when fewer than 50 eligible choices remain, helping sparse ranges without admitting maps outside the requested difficulty or duration limits.
Player changes
- With the usual baseline, the pass minimum relaxes progressively: 10,000 → 5,000 → 2,500 → 1,250 → 1,000.
- Stops at the first tier supplying at least 50 choices, subject to the configured pool limit. If the floor still supplies fewer, it uses the smaller pool.
- Fresh maps satisfying stronger pass tiers remain preferred; lower-pass maps provide fallbacks.
- Stars, hard maximum length, Ranked age and the chosen Farm, Stream or Jump source remain intact. This rule does not activate the older age/length expansion.
- .pool shows the effective and preferred original pass requirements.
Applies across Standard difficulty ranges, not only high stars. Already queued maps remain unchanged. Mania and Loved selection are unchanged. See map selection.
Deployment
Included in cumulative v6.7.13. At the October 4, 2026, 13:13 PDT review, Rooms 1 and 4 ran v6.7.10, Room 2 ran v6.7.9 and Room 3 ran v6.7.12; all targeted v6.7.13. This change applies to Standard Rooms 1 and 2 only. Occupied rooms keep running until their empty-safe handoff.
