Fixes rapid skips occasionally producing false map/mod mismatch errors and holding the next start. Delayed updates for a skipped chart no longer overwrite its confirmed replacement, including transitions between NoMod and DT on reused playlist items.

Starts still wait for a matching authoritative server snapshot when an audit is needed. Genuinely incorrect maps, mods, speeds, rulesets or DT ratings remain blocked. This does not weaken DT difficulty verification or alter selection policies.

The cumulative release passed 692 offline tests, with zero failures, errors or skips. It includes the Noodle-to-LN correction. All four rooms were observed running v6.7.16 before the v6.7.17 rollout. For current versions, use Live lobbies rather than this historical note.
