Skip, replay, and difficulty changes are room decisions. Eligible voters are actual gameplay participants; spectators and players who leave do not keep a vote alive.

The bot recalculates the quorum as player presence changes. Skip and replay use a short vote window, eight seconds in the checked implementation. A vote may expire before enough players agree. Staff can tune difficulty thresholds and temporarily disable player votes.

Replay targets the immediately preceding completed map and protects active matches. Repeated command messages do not turn one player into multiple voters. See why a vote did not act.
